Came here to make a deposit at the ATM and 30 seconds into me counting the money to make sure it was all there, the ATM swallows my bank card and they couldn’t do anything about it. Terrible customer service. Don’t waste your time.

If you come here and need services inside be ready to wait for at least 30 minutes to an hour.

If your a hard working American, go to a different bank, this bank has no desire to help you with your credit.

worst bank ever. Charges $70 in fees and caused an account to be overdrawn due to fees which triggered more fees! Cannot close account until fees are paid! In the 90s we had the mafia now we have big banks. If you have a choice do not use Bank of America! ubuy.me

Slow! Taken over 45 minutes to receive temporary card! Don't waste your time. Go to another branch!

Taking a deposit for work and they don't even have the drive thru window open at 11:30 in the afternoon! Women tells me I have to come inside to do one deposit... Don't waste your time here, drive to a different location!

Edit: it was a 2 star experience before the renovation but it's a lot worse now.
