Disappointed in their lack of organization! Why make an appointment at this point. My appointment was set for 1:15pm and I arrived 15 minutes early as requested. It’s after 2pm and I have yet to be seen. Do they think peoples time doesn’t matter? I have a newborn at home and I don’t have hours to sit here waiting for whenever you feel like helping. They don’t look busy to me ‍ UPDATE 2:30pm I’m in the room and still haven’t been seen I’ve been here over an hour now and I can hear them talking and laughing with each other through the paper thin walls. I will definitely be looking for a new office because this is just disrespectful
If I could give negative stars I would. This facility is unprofessional, I provided all my information and filled out a form allowing them to request my prior medical records in order to see a specialist and have a second opinion. The Nurse practitioner was nice and seemed as she cared, unfortunately, 3 weeks went by, and no follow-up. I called and was told they had no records of me completing the release form, I went back and forth with the receptionist with no help. I felt hopeless and frustrated. I was told I had to go back into the office to complete the form so they can request my records. I then followed up with my insurance company to see what they advised, I was told that they to had tried several times to reach out to the clinic to have them correct some information they messed up on but had no luck in obtaining a response. I am now changing providers as they are unprofessional, lose personal information which makes me feel uneasy, and show that they are just careless about their patients. I do not recommend this office to anyone and am sorry if anyone else has had a similar experience.
DO NOT!!!! BECOME A PATIENT HERE! This company use to be a great place, I was a faithful patient and referred many people here for years. Apparently they went under new management as of April 22 and all they care about now is money, so much that I just experienced them make fraudulent doctor appointment so the doctor can charge the insurance company. My daughter and I saw the doctor on 9/18. We needed to do blood work however hadn’t fasted so we had to come back the next day. We returned 10/19, the VERY RUDE lady in the front office proceeds to tell me that I have to pay another copayment and because my daughter needed the doctor to sign a release saying it’s okay to continue playing sports because that’s why he seen her the day prior we now had to sit as a walk in and wait to see the doctor for a brand new appointment. So in 24 hours we were charged 2 copayments one each day and two doctor’s appointments one each day for ONE CHIEF COMPLAINT. The reason we had to schedule another visit to see the doctor was because “she knew the doctor and he won’t sign the paper to release my daughter unless he sees us again”. I was told the reason why I had to pay the second day was because it was a new day. If I would have been fasting the 18th then I wouldn’t have had to pay for my blood work. Keep in mind I was never advised to fast prior to the appointment. The lady in the front office proceeds to tell me it’s my fault that I didn’t fast and that I was charged again. She proceeds to tell me that I could have went to quest which BTW I found out after this happened that if I went to quest there would have been no copayment instead of coming back here. she even went as far as to explain her reasoning for charging the second day was equivalent to walking into a store, purchasing an item and breaking it. You have to return to the store and buy another item. I proceeded to inform her one has absolutely nothing to do with the other because if we are going to use that analogy, then my first visit on the 18th was my first purchase and my item isn’t broken. I’m only here to complete my purchase of the first item. She was completely unprofessional and only listened with the intent to react not with the intent to understand/help me understand why they operated this way now. Sorry I know the post was long but I hope it helps you understand what type of company they are now.
Loved the place, the staff was very kind and the wait time was very less when compared to last time I think due to the staff that has changed.
Horrible service waited over two hours just to have medical forms filled out! Had a appointment, seen people that arrived after me leave or be seen before me! Looking for a new primary care provider! Will not be returning
They don't answer their phone, and the voice-mail is full. Expect long waits, I mean hours, even if you are the first person right when they open. I have never been seen within the hour of my appointment. My primary care doctor has changed 3 times in the past year and a half. I'm pretty sure they double or triple book the one doctor they have on staff. I only stayed because I liked my first doctor a lot, and they are a rocks throw from my house. It's not worth it anymore. I do not recommend this center at all.
They NEVER answer the phone! They expect you to drive to the office just to schedule an appointment or speak to anyone at all!!! I had to drive there to make an appointment. It's been over a week since my visit and I still have not heard back from anybody concerning my referrals, so now I have to drive there again to ask where are my referrals! Unacceptable and infuriating!!! I have also never seen a doctor there, only nurse practitioners.
Went in to be seen for pain in my abdomen and was only given a kidney test. I had to push to get an ultrasound referral. Waited for a call regarding my ultrasounds and for a follow up and didn’t receive one. Ended up having to go to the ER for my abdomen pain and a fever. 7 weeks later they called to schedule a follow up to discuss my ultrasound results. Absolutely negligent care and no follow up. Utterly disappointed I wasted my time here.
The ladies handling the front office on Craig are friendly and thorough. The Nurse Practitioner does not listen and because she did not give complete follow up information to her back office for one of the two referrals needed, the doctors office wants me to make another appointment pay another co-pay to get the Referral they did not request on the first visit. The one referral the Nurse Practitioner did give her back office has not be completed it is now over a week. The offices solution is for me to come onsite to get the referral in person. This was my first visit to this office to establish a new doctor and I will never return! This office apparently does not take their patients health serious enough.
Front office is nice but your not greeted when entering, the new PA-C was horrible and rude she doesn’t listen to her patients and didn’t let me ask her anything she said she could only do five things for me and any questions would have to be on next visit she already had a plan for me the things she wanted me to do is not the reason why I came in, if I could give her a zero star I would , she never sent my Prescription to the pharmacy I’m so sad that Jacqueline Lindine, PA-C isn’t there anymore she was so nice and she actually listen to her patients so I’m definitely looking for another Doctor because I will never go back!!! It was such a horrible experience
