Creative Early Learning Center Child Care & Preschool

Owners are never available and they are money hungry! I signed my daughter up for summer camp, she has a learning disability and has to attend summer school. They refuse to refund my $75 because it was used to secure a spot for the field trips. I’m sure giving me my $75 back will not interfere with their field trips! Plenty other child care centers stay away from this one

Child bullying teaches don't documents if your child gets hurt by kids or staff members. Poor choice of child care. Management would talk about a child's parent in a group in the office and have the staff members bullying your kid. Kids would try in tell other parents about bullying and the teacher would tell the kids to be quite. Honestly this day care is not a safe environment

Both of my children have attended Creative Early Learning at the Garfield Hts location. My son started there in 2009 and my daughter in 2012. I would never use another daycare because of the love and compassion that is shown to the children as well as my own. Every individual there aims to please and yet they always succeed. It always a pleasure have them love on my children when they can.

Very unprofessional, called several times and didn't receive a call back! Every time I called they gave me the run around and there was never nobody in the office to answer any of my questions concerning Childcare .
