I was caught in a very unusual spot and one of the receptionist at kiddies kollege was willing to go the extra mile and help with something not even close to her job description! I was supposed to pick up my dad in the parking lot but my car broke down and i was not able to contact him directly so she went out to the parking lot on a freezing day and gave the phone to him so I could talk to my dad and let him know what was going on. Very helpful and willing to go the extra mile I was impressed.
