Creative Earthscapes

Fantastic experience working with Creative Earthscapes on our new patio! Dave, Lisa, and Kelli were all such a pleasure to work with, and the crew that installed our patio was amazing! Highly recommend!!

We love our new deck and patio! This was a big job and they tackled it with professionalism and ease. Communication was quick and clear throughout the entire process and the project manager, Brett, was a gem to work with. We are very happy and would highly recommend Creative Earthscapes.

We completed a very large multi-level deck and 3 season room in the last year. We are quite happy with the finished product, but there were times when communication was lacking, and the job took much longer by many months than the estimated timeframe given. We were very pleased with the price tag lower than competitors, and with better products, and despite some design changes that had to be made along the way, the price was never increased and was exactly what we had agreed to. I would hire Creative Earthscapes again, just knowing that the project will take awhile!

Creative Earthscapes did a fantastic job! The entire team was wonderful to work with; from design and planning to customer service and contractors, Creative Earthscapes went above and beyond in nearly all capacities. A perfect example of their extraordinary customer service; a somewhat minor issue came up a few months after the project was completed. Creative Earthscapes immediately same day I emailed them, responded and starting handling the issue. Within a few days, the owner himself came over - at no request to us. Chad took time out of day to meet with me and explain why we had a small issue. He then discussed how he would be able to fix it for us. Chad was certainly under no obligation to help us correct the issue, yet so kindly offered. Creative Earthscapes takes great pride in the craftsmanship. Chad and his team took the initiative to immediately help us with any concern or question we had during and after the project. For our project we choice the TimberTech Edge. We opted for the standard aluminum spindles with wood railings. It turned out beautiful. The office manager Lisa, and the project manager, Kelly, are exceptional to work with! They both go out of their way to make sure everyone is happy; Creative Earthscapes are second to none! We would certainly recommend Creative Earthscapes, and we have, to all Family and Friends! They will always be our first call for any project in the future as well. Creative Earthscapes is a fantastic company to work with for a vast majority of projects. Their contractors and owner are so very detail orientated; they truly take pride in all of their work! Thank you again to all of Creative Earthscapes Team! We couldn’t be more happy with our deck and patio! I was amazed with how Chad was able to make my vision come to life. The team of employees that worked on our project were excellent, it was obvious that they truly love what they do. We have had so many compliments from family, friends and neighbors. We even were even able to refer our neighbor to have their patio completed. I highly recommend Creative Earthscapes!

Creative Earthscapes did a great job! The entire team was extremely nice and helpful. We had some upfront communication issues with what was included with the complete job but ultimately we love the finished product!
