Creative Travel Inc

We used Creative Travel in February 2017 to book a family cruise, and they were wonderful. Very informative, not pushy, took care of all of the details. I apologize for not posting sooner, but a friend just asked me to recommend someone and I thought only of Creative Travel. I will definitely use them again (if only I could get away NOW!!!).

I sent an email in with very detailed instructions on the vacation that I wanted to possibly take with my wife. I gave two options for rooms very clearly described them in the email. The gentlemen who called me back Bob, called and left a rather rude message on my phone because he was not able to get me on my phone right away and then refused to give me a price on the trip stating that all travel agency's will give the same price when it comes to Sandals!!!!!!!!! This I know is not true because I have found two different prices from two different travel agencies and was simply wanting a third to compare to as well as I had heard through two friends that this place was a really good place to set your vacation. Not only did I beat the price that I was quoted by Sandals by going through a travel agency but I got free trip insurance!!!!!! This guy was pissed because I didn't answer his first two phone calls that he made nor did I answer his email because it was sent to my work email and I'm on Wednesdays the day he sent the return email. I didn't know he had called because I was having an eye exam and getting fitted for new glasses when he made both calls to me!!!!!!!! This guy Bob has a very smart mouth and has absolutely no business doing what he does if he is gong to talk to people the way he did to me and I go on vacation twice a year out of the country with my wife!!!!! BIG MISTAKE BOBBO!!!!!!!!!!
