Credit Union Loan Source

I submitted my payment on Feb. 11 but wasn’t notified until today Feb. 22 that it hadn’t processed. And to top it off it came via email, not a phone call as most companies would do. The guy then tells me I added an extra digit to my bank account number and they couldn’t process it. So they charged me a fee for typing it in wrong. I asked where is this written and he said I don’t believe it’s on the website anywhere. I said well how can you charge me if I was never told and got silence. I told him that’s BS and he and the company know it. Plus I need to make a payment today by phone for another $7.50 because if I pay online it takes 3 days and I’ll have a $21.62 late fee. I’ve paid on-time faithfully for 3 plus years and this is how they treat you. I would never recommend them.

Horrible. You cannot pay your bill online via cc or debit. You must provide you bank account and routing number. You can call and pay your bill via debit card cc but then you pay a $7 charge??? Even to pay your bill on time!! On a six year loan that’s $504!! I bought a truck brand new with great and I mean great credit and my interest rate was 4.475. Made my six payments and refinanced with pen air federal credit union and now am paying literally half of that rate. Oh be prepared to wait between 10-20 minutes everyone you call to pay your bill.

I am definitely going to report them to consumer affairs they are doing some shady stuff here. Going over my car note only to realize my principal and interest wayyyy superceeds my monthly payment. This makes no sense. I wish there were negative stars.

Please read ! The wait time was a little long. However, Jasmere the CSR was GREAT... Ask for her if you call. She looked up my account, did not give up on old information , and answered my question. She was able to tell me that my GAP insurance was canceled within 30 days , and with 1 payment left, the dealer sent in the refund check which reduced my principal for my final payment. For 72 months, we had no issues with this credit union. Jim S.

Please save yourself the trouble of financing anything through them. Worst experience I’ve ever had. I’ve since refinanced and cannot even get a rep on the phone long enough to cancel my auto payment and refund my gap coverage. Making a single payment online is enough work much less if you’d like to pay on the principle of your loan, oh that just goes towards the next payment. Will be sure to make sure the dealership I went through knows full and well about the dealings with this company. Personally I wouldn’t recommend them to people I dislike much less a friend or family member
