Great customer service. The staff was very friendly, down to earth, and inviting. Not the speediest service when going through the process of applying for the title loans (45mins.-1hr.), and I received less than what I had anticipated in my experience. Thankful for the amount that I did receive the same day I applied.

I enjoyed working with the team at Western Finance,. The loan process was fast and simple. Their customer service was amazing. Katherine took good care of me, and the manager Kamisha was also friendly and helpful and I highly recommend their services. Thanks Ladies
