Best bank I have ever banked with. Have been with them for years and they always were able to address my issues and help me when I requested it. Even after moving out of state I have been amazed how excellent their customer service is and how easy it is to bank with them even though there is no branches around. Highly recommended!
Their service is night and day from big banks. Are they perfect? No, but they really do work hard for their members and have virtually never been charged ANY fees. You can’t say that at the Big Banks.
Absolutely ridiculously that the lobby’s are closed.
Every time I call or go in I receive amazing customer service! Everyone is kind and knowledgeable. Definitely love using this bank.
Horrible experience. Do your banking elsewhere. Unhelpful from the start. Would expect such behavior from a bank, but not a credit union. Do not even want to give them 1 star!
This was probably the worst banking experience I've ever had.
