A very nice park for playing disc golf, 18 holes, good distance, lots of trees and a nice creek too. This park has got a pavillion where people can hangout and celebrate a gathering for whatever event. It also has bathrooms next to the pavillion. Last time I used it, like couple years ago, it was a bit stinky and not maintained. I used it once but hopefully park management will keep this clean and well maintained cause this park can get busy especially on a nice weather. They have a good size playground too for kids to enjoy. The view facing east is awesome!
The best city course in the Salt Lake City valley by far. And the most popular so make sure you have time to play because this park is busy but worth it. Dog-friendliness: Dogs are welcome. Please be sure to clean up after your pets.
Ya know, when I first came to the park I didn't think much of it at the time. But now since I am fully into disc golf this place has been on the rise as one of my favorite spots. Place has been cleaned up over the years and the holes for the disc golf are challenging.
Beautiful park with a great disc golf course. Always well maintained and full of great people.
I was in town for the weekend and decided to play a round of frolf at Cottonwood Park. The park itself is well kept and well laid out with a recreation area, playground, areas for people to walk, and then the frolf course throughout. The frolf course was a little on the easier side, but it was really well laid out with good signage and lots of variety in holes. Everyone playing was friendly and respectful of the other park guests, which is always nice to see!
This is a fun course for disk golfing. The tees are well marked although some people set up some false holes. They have the ability to set the baskets in different location, so you might get a different experience every time you go. Most of the holes are in the wooded area which makes it interesting. I only give this place 4 because lots of the grass is dead, and they had toppled trees lying around. Will definitely be returning again!
It was a nice hot and sweaty day to get out for some disc golf with some legit humans. The park was surprisingly clean, well kept and the trees and bushes had been decently pruned. Also not crowded at all for a Saturday. Nice light breeze helped with the heat, but it was still pretty toasty outside!
Gorgeous surroundings! Wonderful pavilion! Beautiful creekside walk! There are open rest rooms, and a place for the little ones to play. The disc golf course is super cool and everyone I've met has been sweet and respectful. I love it Here!
My puppy had a time of his day. Love this park fresby golf
Massive park with lots of space to run and has a frisbee course as well as bathrooms and playgrounds. The dogs here are typically off leash. The water is on right now which is very good. The majority of this park has no shade so it does get hot over here.
