This was my first experience at Sunnyside Park. My group showed up for Sober Softball. It was a great place for us to get together in a safe and friendly environment. The softball fields were super clean and well kept. Super convenient that they had fully functional bathrooms as well. We’ll definitely be back!
Excellent park. Mostly well maintained. The basket ball court is a little rough no painted lines or markings really, uneven concrete Great fields for football, soccer, etc. Great picnic area. Plentiful parking. Tennis courts look excellent. Lawn is managed regularly. Drinking fountains were functional, if a little dirty
Large parking lot, a ball field, bathrooms, space to run swings and of course playground equipment! What more could you need. This park is also a location for child lunches from the school district for the 2018 summer. There are shaded areas and benches. Also a drinking fountain. Fun place to be located near the university of Utah.
Play tennis. Take a walk. Play ball. Take baby for a stroll. No Homeless in this park, feels safe. We all need to help the Homeless, all of us. Otherwise we lose them and our parks.
Big open park. Lots of heated softball games in the summertime. No problems with rangers or police here.
Large park with great size open fields and 3 softball fields. Bring sunglasses! Park was clean and busy.
Another really nice park. This one has a ton of different fields for sports. Multiple football fields, basketball fields and of course a playground and pavilion with grills you can use. This is a good park to visit if you have a sport you want to do. There aren’t a ton of trees so setting up a hammock might be tricky. This park is bigger than you would think if you looked at google maps
It’s a fun park with lots of open fields and a couple of soccer nets! There’s also a covered area with picnic tables, a playground, and bathrooms. Just be careful running on the fields, they’re working on filling in a lot of holes but it’s still not perfect.
Needs major work! Baseball fields, hard. Open fields, way too many gopher holes to break ankles. Parking is horrendous! Park needs major work!
This park is a great destination for an evening walk with the kids. Well lit and always clean.
