My Mom was picked up by one of the answering services and taken to her destination but when I called the answering services to locate exactly were she was no one could locate her on paper work. I was told she would be brought to Westside Funerals but no one had a clue. The Director Mr. Jim Vow 《 should say WOW 》 came in during the holidays which they where close and personally located Mom on his own Visually and personally call me and made appointments with me and did not have me to call back after the holidays to schedule an appointment, He did it all while they where close and went the extra mile when all anybody else wanted to do was read from a piece of paper. So naturally if he had not called and a received a call from a secretary or such on Monday 4 days later. I would have been past upset. So Hor Rah Hor Rah for Mr. Jim Vow. God bless him and I am glad he is the one taking care of Mom and he is SUPER, , VERY, SUPER NICE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS STOP ON THE HIGHWAY TO HEAVEN 🌅
