Stopped in to ask directions. Met with Ryan, he was very rude, patronizing, sexist. He laughed at me and said, "It's over there, that way." When I asked for more specific directions, "Is it just past that sign?" he refused to answer. I was already lost (someone in town had said it was on the other side and in a different direction) as I am not from the town. I was also late. He asked me to leave after basically making fun of me for asking directions, because I wasn't buying there. The only other person I saw in the place was equally rude when I asked him instead. He looked at me and said, "It's over there," (also) and pointed. I guess they are highly intelligent because they can belittle someone who isn't from town, I guess that makes them important. They knew they were being rude to a female with two kids in the car that was lost. If you aren't a male, and are just stopping in for help they aren't interested in being kind. They will ask you to leave if you don't plan on spending money there. Better be a male and have some money to spend in there.

Perfect experience! Called Ryan at 930 on a Saturday morning and was making the drive back to Minnesota in my new ride at 1230! Personable AND quick! Will definitely continue my business with these guys!

Ryan was great to work with. He came in after hours for us as we traveled from Cedar Rapids. Not pushy and he gave us a fair price on a vehicle. Would definitely drive the 2 hours again!

Fantastic place to buy a vehicle. Definitely the reason why you shop small towns & small businesses. Got a great price on a vehicle with no pushy sales tactics. The easiest car buying experience we have ever had. Would absolutely recommend.
