Central Iowa Towing and Recovery

Have used Central Iowa Towing 2x now and each time has been fantastic. Had to have my car towed in the fall and the two gentlemen were very prompt, and very polite. This morning I had an issue where my keys were locked in the car while running and the young man (Jared) was able to get to me within 10 min and had my car unlocked in a matter of about 3 min. Excellent service all around!

I was in a car accident and my car needed towing. After calling AAA I got a call from Seth with Central Iowa Towing & Recovery and he said he was five minutes away. He came and instantly set me at ease by making funny jokes. He was very helpful and made sure both me and my car made it safely to the destination. Since this was my first accident he was very informative about what to do next. Seth was very nice, professional, and informative. It made the whole terrible experience a little less terrible. Somehow my front left tire came off while driving in the Best Buy parking lot in Ames. I called and your response was very prompt. The gentleman assessed the tire, checked the rotor, jacked up the car, put the tire back on and tightened all of the lug nuts on the tire that came off and the remaining 3 tires. I was completely impressed with the professionalism, the prompt response and the help that Central Iowa Towing and Recovery gave during that stressful situation. Definitely will call you again if we need assistance!

Got my car towed this morning by a gentleman named Marcus. He did it such a professional and a personable job with my car. Marcus even gave me a ride back to my place after getting my car towed to campus garage. I would like to thank the Centeal Iowa Towing company for their service. The reception was fast, professional and helpful. The price was more than reasonable. Thank you again! Will recommend to everyone.

Jacob was polite, professional, and timely. I appreciated him leaving the car and my key (in the drop box) and letting me go on my way.
