Poor service management some techs that do not have any automotive technology degree at all. Took my truck in for an alignment and spent 3 hours there bc the employee that didn't know anything about automotive destroyed a piece of my steering component and was trying to shift the blame to it was old and need to be replaced when I just had the part apart the week before and then did an alignment on my truck and said I was good to go and the alignment was still off and pulled to the right and said all they can do is adjust toe and no camber or caster adjustment on it. Which is bull bc I went to school for automotive technology and if I could I would of done the alignment myself. So for all those out there that go here always question them and have them show you that it was old and need replaced and not a techs fault for breaking it. Very unhappy with the service and will never go here ever again.

I really like this place,I was never pressured at any time. The sales staff were all very friendly,I felt like I was at a family reunion more than at a car dealership to buy a car. I did buy the car I went there to look at and I will most likely return to buy my wife a car also. Thanks Brock and Misty.
