Great auto parts store! Friendly and helpful staff!

I went in looking for a bulb for a blinker... they sold me a headlight bulb. I quickly realized the mistake, and went back and asked again for a blinker bulb. They sold me a set of blinker bulbs... for the wrong vehicle. They also attempted to credit me back the difference (the blinker bulbs were cheaper). What happened instead was that they charged me again for the headlight bulb price and then credited it back... so I had still overpaid for the wrong bulbs. At this point I have no desire to go back and return the wrong part, and I will just eat the difference that I was not credited back. The whole process was a HUGE waste of time. I went to O'Riley's and got the correct bulbs, it took about 2 minutes. I will not attempt to do business with NAPA again.

I would like to recommend this place to everyone, my friend Tim needed parts and new wipers, the prices are reasonable and the staff are friendly and helpful
