They claim I did not notify them I was moving in writing. So three years later they send a collection agency Absolute Recovery Agency after me. Never notified for three years, all the sudden they want to collect a debt I do not owe. I personally went to the office and told them I was leaving . My lease was up and I was month to month. Not sure if they just signed on with this recovery agency and they are trying to prove they can make money out of nothing. This is a shady tact of you ask me. If you are currently renting or thinking about renting be very aware of this. Three years later I have no proof.

Customer Service really is KEY to a company and the only reason why CrestCore will get a 5 Star rating from me and my husband is because of Mrs. M. Macon. This woman went above and beyond for us. We had a terrible experience and she handled it as promised. My husband and I contacted the company regarding a leak that was going on in our bathroom ceiling while it was still manageable. It took weeks and almost a month for someone to come and resolve the issue. There was a bad water leak in the ceiling and the ceiling began to swell and black mold started forming. I took pictures and consistently contacted them, no one did anything. I got fed up when I was in the bathroom and tried to clean it up the water and the ceiling fell in on me! I should have sued and I was going to however when Mrs. Macon got word of all of this EVERYTHING was resolved that same week, when I spoke with her I lost so much hope and at that time I just wanted to get a lawyer and move out. She asked me to trust her and that she would handle it. I don't know what she did but she took care of it and she followed up with my husband and I to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. We really appreciated it. We thank you so much for your hard week Mrs. Macon, you truly where a delight to us.

Since I have moved here in this cozy and wonderful place, I can really call home I've enjoyed the peacefulness. When there's a issue here, the maintenance team is #1 in every area that needs attention. Thanks for all you do.....Crestcore Realty. YOU are #1 in my book. I will recommend you to friends and family definitely.

We have rented from crest core for 3 years now. Our roof has been leaking since February. They sent someone out and he claimed he fixed the leak in 5 mins. A couple days later the leak spread across my kitchen. Not long after it started leaking In our master bathroom and bedroom. They sent someone else out to check on it and he told them we need our entire roof replaced. I called in April and they told me they had no idea when the roof would be replaced. I called back again today and the woman I spoke to had absolutely no idea what I was talking about which leads me to believe they are trying to get out of fixing the roof all together. I’m frustrated and tired of getting the run around. We’ve been reliable tenants and deserve much better.

Run run run this company is horrible I have been in my home and I use that term loosely for almost 2 years each time it rains it's floods my living room the smell is horrible and I have to get hotel rooms days at a time because the smell is that bad. Why won't I move u ask because of the fact that I have to get rooms sometimes I have to pay late and each time they take me to court which has ruined my credit and reputation so who would rent to me on top of that the guy who serves me said that. it's sad how they keep doing u knowing u are going to pay so keep your money and peace of mind NEVER RENT FROM THEM
