Best property manager EVER, I was foolish and decided to buy a property from another company (NEVER AGAIN) Upon completing renovations it took them 4 months to get the property rented and the tenant skipped out in month 3 without paying rent as well as damage the property. I begged Memphis to take over the management and graciously they accepted. Happy to say I got a call today notifying me not only were the repairs completed and for less than other quotes but done over the weekend, and a new tenant signed and is scheduled for move in today. Are you kidding me... Ya'll are the best in the business and I am so thankful to be working with you. PS. If you're lucky enough to work with Laurie on customer relations shes a rockstar.

Memphis Invest and their partner company Premier Property Management Group make finding and managing properties such a great investment experience. They understand the residential real estate investment business and the individual goals of their investors. The management of the property is impeccable, which is absolutely vital to the financial success of real estate investments.
