Big craters all over the parking lot, you'll have to be very careful. Fences are hanging on by a thread, they shut off the water without notice often, they won't answer your calls, you'll have to leave an urgent message for any kind of acknowledgement, its highly roach infested, made me realize I should bomb before.moving anywhere. No central air or heat, we do have big window units in our room, but the living stays pretty warm on hot days..it was all bills paid but now we pay electric through themautomatic $125 on top of the expensive rent for such low quality apartments. If you wanna move here, please do with caution.
I saw an ad online for a 1 bedroom apartment. The pictures online looked really decent so I decided to go by for a tour. Needless to say when I got there the parking lot was full of huge craters. Surely more than capable of blowing your tires. The grounds aren't very well kept. The dumpster was overflowing with garbage and the property shouldve at least been repainted years ago. The fences were falling and most of the windows were boarded up. I didn't get out of the car after driving around the property.
Do not live here! The amenity page as an absolute joke. The pool has not been opened and well over 10 years. As far as heat and air go it's nonexistent. On a hundred degree day, the vents are blowing hot air. You will spend months putting in work orders, for them to do absolutely nothing. This place is a slum and falling apart, do not let the new paint job fool you. My apartment has had a black mold for 6+ months and they refuse to do anything about it. As far as it being a quiet community, that could not be further from the truth. There are people outside all hours screaming, breaking stuff, hating violent, and even pulling guns to wave around. The police are generally here three to four times a week and again the owners and management do NOTHING.
Honestly if I could give 0 stars I would. Owners want their money but can’t fix any issues. Had issues from when we first moved in, still not fixed. Had someone try to break in in April, and my doorknob is just a decoration at this point. Their fix was a 2x4 in the hole & replacing the deadbolt. We probably even shouldn’t consider ourselves people who live here, because to get an updated lease is impossible not that I want to at this point. Nobody’s ever in office, or can answer the phones. Only time you see them if if you’re late on rent. But don’t waste time on even trying to come here. Managers at my moms complex claims to know the owners and this one is in the process of being shut down. Waste of time and money.
From what I see they are slumlords that don't take care of their Apartments the heat and air system is a water cooling / boiler system that is not even functional. One wall in the living room with the door has two large glass windows that let in so much heat in the summer and so much cold in the winter the windows are not secure nor are they insulated. There are no screens for summer on the windows there is mold in the bathroom the hallway ceiling is falling in from the leaking water system. They have what looks like floor tiles on the ceiling that are peeling off. The photos that they post are likely years and years old and when you get there is very run down and ghetto looking and the pool is not even functioning. The post of people saying oh yes a wonderful place to live is likely the management trying to get people to live there because it is a very bad complex. They seem to make things up as they go along. If you live here I recommejnd documenting everything and submitting documentation to them for every request 4 things that need to be done with a notarized copy so you can use it when you're ready to get out of your lease because this place sucks
Horrible, horrible, horrible!!! Nothing was fixed in my apartment, was told to fix things myself. Management was rude, maintenance guy was very rude, was caught a couple of times urinating off the balcony! Had to pay for parking, people would park in your space and management did nothing about it. Had to take care of it myself! A lot of drugs going on there. Couldn't go outside without the smell of pot in the air! Was told there's a pool, hasn't been opened for the past 7 years!!! Too high priced a place to live. It's a total DUMP!!! Would have given it a negative if I could. This DUMP should be torn down!!
Infested with roaches and mold. Once you sign the lease agreement they will change the terms of the lease agreement from “all bills paid” to charge you for utilities. They can,will, and have done this. Unfortunately it states in the lease agreement Specifically that they can change the lease agreement whenever they want therefore there’s nothing you can do when they change the lease agreement. They also only have one maintenance guy working multiple properties who is overwhelmed.
Worst complex I've seen. A friend lives here and there is no A/C. Only 1 small window unit. There's a pool, but hasn't been opened in years. Mangers come and go. Owners refuse to fix central heat and air due to cost. Apartment is 90 degrees inside. Outdated appliances and carpet. Smoke damage from a fire in a unit too.
1 point of this star should be shaded or half. If you're homeless living on the street or under a bridge, it's 1 step above from that.... I mean 1 baby step. Slumlord apartments that make "Sanford & Son" and "Good Times" seem like luxury penthouse suites. Anybody giving this place more than 1 star was PAID by the slumlord to do so -period-. Here's my list for this ghetto project that's in the heart of OKC. "Amityville Horror" is like a zit on a face compared to this: • No A/C - so be prepared to have a heat stroke. Wear your sweat suit so you can ring it out. When it dries up like clothes in a dryer, get prepared to PASS OUT. • No heat - Nicely put, polar bears aren't extinct because you're going to take their place in winter. Your own artic cave so spend alot of money buying space heaters. • Pest - Basically, critters that live with you and don't help on the rent. You'll have them memorized because slumlord apartments don't spray for bugs. They just say they do so you still have roaches, ants, bed bugs, wasp, and mice. Your gonna spend money fighting these yourself. • Management comes and goes like the wind and so does the maintenance guys. No one's in charge except the slumlord on Rent Day. Therefore no 24 hour anything; Betta catch somebody. • No amenities or recreations...at all. But there's a Deadpool in the middle of the complex. When you go out and just stare at it because that's all to do to it, remember you're in a ghetto project. • Plumbing is old - low water pressure and hot and cold will go in an out. The whole time you shower it flickers scolded, fridge, boiling, frozen, hot, cold, burnt, frost. Better get use to that experience. • Electrical is not updated - Breakers tripping off fuses that go back to Thomas Edison. A good Oklahoma tornadic thunderstorm will put the whole complex in the dark. • Don't even think you're moving in here on new fresh laid down carpet. • Railing around the complex is all rotted and rusted out. Makes me wonder if there's a air brush brochure and presentation.
Mold..BedBugs..mold was so bad I went to hospital twice. Still sick from staying there.several people that have moved have contacted an Attorney.my neighbor had a baby Possum under her kitchen sink they were nested under the building. As of the fitst of March 2019 they have five tenents with no working stoves because they were used for heat.and they will not be replaced ..The owner Geoni an Irian.says..no heat in in apts..But he wants his rent$$$$.Not A GOOD PLACE TO STAY
