There was a pattern of several scratches in my glass on my rear passenger window on the driver side. I filed an incident report and they said there was no way of proving that it was caused by them. My car was brand new and had less than 500 miles on it, that was it's first car wash. There were no scratches prior to the wash. Also the wash left soap and water all over the back window of my hatchback, the streak lined were dry by the time I got home. l wish I would have spent more momey and either went to a detailer or bought the supplies to do it myself.

I like Crew Car Wash. I have the pass to wash as many times as I want. I go there pretty often. The staff is always friendly and polite. ALWAYS! It moves pretty quick when there is a line too!

Amazingly detailed car wash, vacuum however is not included, not thrilled about that

Crew CarWash is the best around. The workers are always extremely friendly and the quality of service they provide is phenomenal. My car is always left looking good as new. Plus, they have a free re-wash if you are not satisfied with the way your car turned out the first trip through. I'm also am a huge fan of the fact that you can use your debit/credit card at the vacuum stations since this feature is not available at many car washes.
