Cricket Wireless Authorized Retailer

Mario is the best retailer for cricket that I know. Been to a few of there stores, with little customer service. I will make my next phone purchase at his store on serene and eastern. He has helped me with my phone a few times, effortlessly.

A sign on the door saying be back in 20 minutes waited over an hour and still waiting

I recently switched to cricket, and Brian made the whole process very streamline and easy to understand. I have not had anyone as easy going and a pleasure to have help me in any retail store in close to two years. Thanks again Brian, keep up the outstanding work.

there was a sign that said “be back in 20 min”.. waited more than 20 minutes and no one was there. not even someone to pick up the phone whatsoever. worse service ever

Brian Rodriguez was a great manager, he took his time with my phones problems and took care of more customers fast and effeciantly I congratulate the company for having such a great worker!!!!!
