Excellent, excellent, excellent place of business. My phone/insurance company backed me into a corner and these guys, like a beacon of light, showed me a way out for $25. I truly appreciate their knowledge, wherewithal, understanding, propositions, absolute professionalism, master level craftsmanship and willingness to help a fellow human in need. I have FULLY subscribed to their membership services and will maintain status to consistently protect my electronic household for years to come. Having UBreakiFix in your back pocket is equal to the United Nations standing behind you. Thank you, blessings to this store and their entire team. Very unprofessional. First time I repaired a device here they made it impossible. Every day was a new reason why they couldn’t fix my device. After 3 visits, constant reassuring of policies, and a work schedule adjustment we were able to do get it done. Went in the second time for a different device and same story. Right off the bat the rep acted like he couldn’t find my claim. I had claim number/name on account, but that didn’t help. Once the rep “found” my claim he proceeded to tell me that they didn’t have the piece to fix the device. I let the rep know that the online system is allowing me to schedule with them because they have the piece in stock. It’s more than clear that these guys move around the policy/expectation to cater to their schedule. I asked the rep if any other uBreakiFix in town had the part and he suggested I called around and asked. Didn’t want to help at all. Ended up going to the location on Decatur/215. Had to wait a few days and drive across town, but it’s worth it when they actually want to help you.
Guys at the Henderson location are very informative and helpful. Got my phone fixed and fully charged the next day when I went in to pick it up. Would highly recommend this place. Found my new go to place when I have any problems with my electronics
Disappointed. Samsung directed me to this shop for issues I had with my phone under warranty. Wouldn't or couldn't look at the case number. He did fix or show me answers to questions, but I had problems with the microphone and he took it in the back, and returned apologizing for the loudness of the compressor. There was no noise whatsoever. However, since that time my phone only works on speaker. I called the shop back and he said he'd order another mic for it. I asked what the charge would be and he said $0. I'll call him back. It's been nearly a week.
Had my charging port replaced under Google's warranty. The employees were very knowledgeable, kind, and fast with the repair. Way easier and faster than sending my phone into Google.
Had a very good experience. My At&t insurance covered the screen for a $29 co-pay and my phone was done in 2 hours! Thank you so much!!
Be careful and review your receipt. They charged me two separate times and subscribed me to an insurance plan without my consent. These predatory practices that rely on you not checking your bank statement for those extra charges. $24.99 may not be much, but every cent counts in this economy
Came in to get my sister's phone fixed but they did not have the part and was told to come back. Then my sister got the run a round. Finally was told to go to another store but I use to recommend my customers here for the same problem and they had no issues. Sadly if this store treats my family this way I won't send my customers here!
Mr Vi is a great costumer service person. He is friendly and he knows his job. Before I picked my phone up, he cleaned up another person phone because something wrong with the speaker… he didn’t charge a penny for that. We took a thanks from this person as a payment with a big smile. He checked my phone and explain every single step with knowledge and great manner. Thanks god for people like him in this world.
Did a great job and I would give them a five star review but they messed with my phone. Either they changed my settings on purpose or it was part of changing my front screen I don't know. I called AT&T and verified they didn't swap phones so I must say my phone looks brand new. However why change my settings? I'll go back but I won't give them my password again.
