Great customer service, and one stop shopping which I love. My second time here and it's always been great. This time was a battery problem on my iPhone 11pro. I was very happy to know that they only use original Apple batteries here... that is a big +. I will surely come back. Great people, great workmanship and very efficient. 5 stars all around!
I dropped my phone and cracked my screen pretty badly Friday morning. I had a busy weekend ahead of me so the timing was terrible. I quickly found these guys and was one of the first people in the store. They assured me they could get it fixed the same day for a fair price of $350 after taxes I have the Samsung S21 Ultra so it has a nice display. If they hadn't fixed it, the phone would have been unusable. I'm glad they could provide me the service I needed in such a short time. Would recommend!
Excellent customer service. First time coming here. Time frame was perfect, they told me it was going to be ready in 3hrs and half and ot was ready. They were able to fix the screen on the phone. And now the phone is in Excellent conditions. I will definitely recommend this place to people that need to fix a phone.
I would give 0 stars if I could. Management is rude and needs to go to business 101 for threatening to hang up on me because I wouldn't listen to her. Service is slow. You have to wait a week for aftermarket cheap pieces that break after you leave and you will need to replace again because their warranty listed online is false advertisement. Over priced! $600 for a backing, a screen, and a battery. It broke 3 more times after I left and said I need to cover the labor. I will NEVER go back and I already reported them. This place rips you off and treats you terribly. Manager tried comparing the issue with my phone to my health issue like I was illiterate. I recommend going to CC Repairz instead.

Over charged me. Speaker screwed up. They gave me some pitiful excuse for a hundred bucks. 15 day guarantee. They're lost! Avoid this dive.
I took my son’s tablet here to get it fixed and even though they were not able to fix it due to severe water damage they were very helpful and very respectful and I really appreciate it
Unfortunately I have had many iPhone that needed repairs. I was happy with there service and knowledgeable. Price was fair and got do fast. I would definitely recommend CPR Cell Phone Repair in Henderson to others
