Excellent customer service at your Broad street location in New Orleans. Was about to transition to another carrier after a long time with Cricket due to poor customer service at your Gentilly location. The rep there was absolutely horrible. She sucked. Antonio at Broad Street may have saved the day. He was the apitamy of what customer service should be.
Very nice people employees but customer service could be better. I went in to port over from T-Mobile but both employees seemed lost. No one was able to help me so I went to another company
Outstanding customer service in many ways. Quick and efficient service. Excellent understanding of capabilities of product and from the company prospective, did a wonderful job of upselling, because she found out the primary use of the product for the customer. I have no idea why she is working where she does.
