People were helpful. Kind of frustrating that they told me my old plan wasn't a thing anymore and put me on the unlimited plan. Just looked and my old plan is still around and I am changing back. They also just handed me a case instead of asking which one I wanted. I'll use a different location from now on.

Hubbie got another phone. Just don't like that now you only get a free phone if you trade off your old one with service on it. What happened to free phone with new service

Look & ask for "Ms.Tionna".....she was wonderful to us!!! It was my 1st doing business there...she fully explained & answered any questions we had. She set up our phones & everything plus kept her beautiful composure under much pressure. Bravo my Dear
