I attempted to return a Tmobile 5g home internet gateway to this location after I was told I could take it there by customer service. The store associates stated I would need to call customer service back and mail it in. After receiving the prepaid shipping label, I sent the item back several months ago. I'm now being billed as if I hadn't returned it. I provided the tracking info to customer service multiple times and they will not remove the charges. They have promised to remove it 3 times now. I have given up on trying to get this resolved on the phone and have now filed a complaint with the BBB. If this store would have taken the device back I was told it was a Corp store this mess could have been avoided.
Absolute worst customer service a company could offer. Warranty replacement!! Send a different color phone and then make me as a customer pay $20 for a defective device. Purchased a black phone and trying to give me a lavender phone. Then tell me I am luck to get the same phone!!
Last night my brother and I received the worst service that I could imagine, to the point I left very disappointed, disrespected, and absolutely angry!!!!!!! Not only did the lead Leland shout out a question on the work room floor I felt the staff could’ve been more understsanding and/or more professional being that I’m also an employee in the industry where customer service is of the upmost importance. That was just the bare minimum of the issue. They had a staff member of the name Daria who didn’t even acknowledge my question she was absolutely rude!!!!!! I asked is it that complicated just for us to receive the account number, when speaking with Daria. She didn’t even explain to me due to security purposes ma’am I would have to speak with the account holder and I would need his or hers identification and I wouldn’t mind answering any questions you may have. But no, she rolled her eyes at me after saying to my brother well are you the account holder in an irritable tone. I truly wished it couldve been handled a lot more differently and the outcome wouldn’t have been me angry using profanity and feeling disrespected. I understand Daria might have been new to the job and/or field, I just would’ve appreciated if Daria asked and/or said okay well, who’s the account holder? I would need his or hers license and/or proof of identification and I don’t mind answering any questions you both might need. Thanks to Austin and his amazing customer service previously to this situation I had thought to go back this morning to speak to the manager about the matter from last night at approximately 6pm. Nick Kassees, was able to apologize on behalf of his staff and informed my brother and I that he would communicate with them and inform them about the complaint and was very sincere and genuine. Thank you Austin and Nick!
When It comes to Customer Service Ms Suazo is the best! I had many concerns and needed patience at the sale negotiations. She was there with good guidance and understanding. I really appreciate her as a customer. What she did was more important than a sale, she was actually staying connected and understanding to my situation. Thanks forever
I have gone to multiple T-Mobile stores and they have always had an exceptional customer service but in this store, I experienced the worst service in the US so far. I entered the store and I was properly greeted by a white male T-Mobile representative. However, as soon as I started speaking... he could identify my foreign accent and changed his entire attitude. I just wanted to transfer a number from at&t to a new T-mobile line that I opened in another T-Mobile store. After I told him what I wanted he kept asking unrelated questions like... why didn’t I do it in another store? Or where did I get the phone number initially?etc... And while me answer his questions he kept interrupting me with the next question. After expressing my discomfort, he called the manager of the store and she sided with him saying that they couldn’t do the transfer for me unless they recharge me for a new line. Then I went to another T-mobile store about 3 minutes away and they were able to do the transfer in a process that took 5 minutes. I am a new customer to T-mobile, I have just started my account about 1 week ago. Please let me know if this treatment is normal and acceptable in the company.
Nick, Keith, and Kendall who are the management team strive to make sure every customer that walks in the doors will always make sure to spend what ever time on what ever issue you may have with your phone! Suazo, Austin, Darren,Leland and Kiante will definitely be the tools to get it done for you! And Laiken or Jason will definitely make sure you are getting the most out of your service and even tell you more ways that you didn't know about with what you already have! Great team members and great partnerships with eachother that if one doesn't know you will be redirected to who does know. If you go in with a problem you will walk out with a solution or given the best direction for a solution!
I had to come in to the store to get my phone activated after receiving it in the mail. When I entered the store, I was immediately helped by Laiken. She was very helpful by showing me items in the store, telling me the different promotions, and setting up my phone as fast as possible. I'm glad she went out of here way to help me quickly, because I was already in a rush. If you drop by the store, ask for her. She'll be quite helpful.
First spoke with Lacy who had to go to the bathroom and dumped me and the problem with my phone onto J. B who did a great job making my phone operate correctly. One technician on duty was talking and laughing so loud that I could not hear the technician 2 feet in front of me. No one attempted to address this issue. Lacy told me that she fixed one of my problems but when I got home and checked it out found that she was not telling me the truth. She first asked me why I was checking my phone, then she asked me why I did not have insurance. Hope T-Mobile dumps her and her loud and boisterous team mate that made so much noise while I was desperately trying to get help. Once again, thanx to J. B. who really knows what he is doing.
Above and beyond service. I came in with a complicated problem, and they made sure that I left happy, even if it came at a lot of extra effort on their part. NeNe, Suazo, Nick, and Laiken moved heaven and earth to exceed expectations and earn my business. I recommend this store in the strongest terms. 10/10.
