I went into this store yesterday for my break I needed a phone fast, my current phone wasn't charging. I didn't have insurance. I was cringing because I know cricket phones are Expensive. When I walked into the store I was greeted kindly by all of the employees. The person that assisted me had amazing customer service skills I was so impressed he was so helpful. On my receipt it says Jesus C. To my surprise I purchased the Motorola g stylus for 69.99! As a current customer I was not expecting that at all great price, so far I love the phone the only downfall is the battery goes down quickly possibly the apps I'm using.

For a Cricket store in a ghetto location, I must say the service is better than expected. They had the charger I needed at a decent cost.

Brianna was extremely patient, kind and helpful with my boyfriend and I with all our price questions about the iPhones and she went beyond by going to another location to get another iPhone that they didn’t have at their location. She didn’t have to do that but I really appreciated that. She just made our whole experience smooth and perfect! Thank you.

Delilah Was great! Made my experience better! She was really patient with me and helped me throughout everything. This is the best store so far with good costumer service. Definitely coming back to this place.

Went in to the store to ask about phone service, Sebastian was very knowledgeable and helpful. Not only did he help me pick the right phone for my needs, he was also able to transfer all my data and make sure my account was fully set up. Best Cricket team in NM!!

Terrible. I received a message from Cricket that I could get a free upgrade, but it was only available in store. I went to the closest location to me, but they didn't have any of the phone I wanted in stock. The employee there called this store and told me they had the phone in stock, so we agreed to go here. We walked in and explained the situation and the employee told me she just sold one of the two phones that we needed.

The women who help me and my brother was very knowledgeable and nice, very good coustmer service, I belive her name was Karime great job that's the way it's done people... stars in my book..

I highly recommend this store to any individual, the worker whom helped me was Delilah, She was very polite and helpful during the whole process ! Their costumer service is great and I had an excellent experience with this company.
