Mayra has the best customer service. I needed an insurance replacement device and she helped make it a very smooth process. Normally if someone who works for commission isn't making a sale they aren't very helpful but not Mayra. Everyone working at this location when I went in were very friendly and helpful and I wish I could remember one young mans name, very friendly and made the enviormment welcoming. It's been very hot and they were actually working outside. I would've understood if it affected the service but not these guys, give them all raises!
Be careful with what associate helps you. Girl with the braces messed up big time for a phone upgrade/promotion. The customer care associate literally said that! Had to call customer care to get some actual help. So ridiculous. Other associates don’t like to help either. Go to another location seriously or ask any questions you have see if they can even respond without an “I don’t know”
Fantastic service on 1-20-23. Brenda went above and beyond to help me out with what I needed for my phone by ordering it for me since it was out of stock in the store. I had stopped by the Rio Rancho location the day before, and the guy seemed annoyed that I walked into the store. He was totally unhelpful and suggested I go to another store to find what I needed.
The store had lots of missing phones and equipment. So you couldn't see the displays phones as they are gone. Very ghetto location. Would not recommend.
Second trip to this store today. Waited for 30 mins. Finally had customer service, as soon ask the lady asked what we needed, we let her know needs to upgrade. 2 mins into the convo, her attn shifted to another person standing off to the side. We were totally ignored!! Ended up going to a different T-Mobile store off Unser! They were the friendliest people! Got a great deal with undivided attention!
Daniel was awesome, he listened to what I needed and did everything he could to get me in and out in a timely manner. It is very hard to find employees like him that go the extra mile while keeping a smile on their face & not getting frustrated. He had me laughing while he helped me. No words could express how grateful I was to have him as my sales expert.
Perfect example of a quick and efficient customer service by Daniel. I came to get home wifi and he was able to get everything that I needed that day. I’m not just satisfied about how easy and smooth he made the process feel but also on how fun and pleasant he was when helping me with anything that day!

Went into the store looking to replace my previous phone. I met with one of the sales people at the store her name was Daisy. She was really helpful with the process of selecting a new phone. She was very knowledgeable and nice. She made sure I got the best deals they had to offer. Made sure all my info transferred to my new phone and took care of resetting the old one. Over all I had a great experience, I got a new iPhone XS Max. Really happy with it and the treatment I got at the store. By far the best experience I’ve had while buying a new phone.
