The associate Gabriel who helped with this particular transaction,was not pushy and very knowledgeable about the phones and processor's. We run businesses with our phones and need the extra memory and fast data. We upgraded to a 1+9 for very little cost to us because of the discounts he managed to give us this location is a corporate location and able to pass on more savings to us customers..
Awesome folks and great store!! I went in because I was having issues with my T-Mobile phone and Shane helped me and she couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. She took the time to listen to my issues and made sure they were all resolved, even when she has to call Customer Care and have them assist. Carlos also helped to resolve my issues. They were both kind and respectful and super nice, to all the customers, not just me, and I would recommend this store to everyone!
Updating a review 07/2022 Long story short, Well I had an issue where I had to place a warranty exchange order via customer care and things went just fine. I got noticed it shipped and was delivered to the store. I went today to pick up the device. I was greeted to find out they couldn't locate it and possibly lost. Luigi the rep I was dealing with seem not to care as to the urgency of me needing to swap this phone out. I asked him to look again but he just had a complete attitude about it. He came back and informed me he still couldn't find it and I had shown him delivery confirmation and the order. He looked a 3rd time after I requested with great attitude. At this time I asked him to get into contact with the person who signed for the phone. He seemed not to care and kept having this smirk on his face. At this time I got into contact with customer care. I spoke with a kind supervisor who within minutes found a resolution to this issue. Luigi informed me someone in charge was coming in. Mary the GM came in and found My package within minutes. However she came in on her day off. I do appreciate her help. Just in my opinion Luigi came off rude, lazy and sassy. I'd give the store a 1 star but not only did Mary help me turn my experience around another store rep, his name is Carlos. He helped me and actually took the time to talk to me I really appreciated. I give Mary and Carlos a 10000000000000 stars I give Luigi unfortunately a -100000000. Sorry just stating my experience.
Loved the fact that everything was explained clearly and honestly. Without upsale of anything unnecessary. Shane was amazing
I Went in with lots of questions about the multiple plans that T-Mobile offers. Team member Nancy was very very helpful in answering all my questions. In addition she offered suggestions that I was unaware of, to help me experience the most and best savings possible. Thanks T-Mobile you have a great team member in Nancy!!

False advertising of store hours among other things. My entire experience with Tmobile has been ridiculous.
Great customer service. Store was busy, but Carlos was very professional and spoke to everyone concerning their needs and took down the information. He assisted my son getting a replacement phone and how it work overseas. Thanks
Been with T-Mobile over 25 years on two different business lines and switch to a personal line. Had not upgraded in a couple years had a perfect phone to trade in. Went to Verizon got professional service left with a brand new phone I wanted. Also left with a second line with a new phone for that line. Price was even better and I got a new Samsung watch for $50 regular price $400 and they had a place to sit at printed out a quote for me and escorted me out the door. I have a follow up appointment to go over things I got on Monday. Verizon Verizon Verizon the way to go! T-Mobile you lost my business and my family and friends business. Your staff need to work with customers! T-Mobile lost my business my husband's business and my family members business by this weekend we will be all at
