Verizon Authorized Retailer - GoWireless

Stopped by to ask questions about a new phone I had purchased at a different Verizon store. The young man who helped me was absolutely the best ever. He went above and beyond to help me out. I think his name was Howard, I hope I'm correct because he deserves to be recognized for his excellent customer service support!

We walked into the store and we immediately were serviced by Issac. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. Very presentable and he took care of all of our needs and took care of all of our concerns. Best, quick, informative, polite Verizon service we have ever had. He was not only courteous to us as customers but I noticed how well he treated his co worker which is something not seen often in customer service!!

Some of the best, personalized customer service I've ever had or witnessed. Nick and Michael were helping us, and despite having just switched systems they were extremely patient with us and tried their best to get us on the road in a timely manner. I would absolutely do business here again. Well done guys!

Enoch took great care of me. I needed a phone upgrade and he patiently walked me through the whole process with a smile on his face. I'm grateful for such a pleasant and seamless customer service experience! I would highly recommend GoWireless and commend Enoch on his demeanor and tact.

Enoch is the perfect person to go see about a new phone. He was very helpful and explained what was the best plan for me and my family. He explained in detail what my plan covers and options to consider, very knowledgeable. He also took the time to show me cool things about my new phone. I like the atmosphere at this location. Enoch was very professional, easy to talk to and fun to chat with.

Cody, the manager, is very knowledgeable and helpful. He always made sure I was getting the best price and informed me when a price of a product I was interested in dropped. He is keeping me apprised of the proposed release date for a phone I am anticipating. Everyone in the store is very helpful and friendly and knowledgeable. It's never too busy and they take the time they need to get you what you want.

I had the best experience with Enoch, he was very helpful and made sure he offered us all that was available to us. If I need help i will come to him. I really felt he was truthful with us and really knows the equipment he works with and the accessories.i worked at T-Mobile for twelve years in tec support I quit because they stopped caring about their customers, Enoch does care.Thank you for hiring him he is excellent!!!

I and my friend drove all around Uptown for a good Verizon store, and this store was the only store with excellent service and that actually cared about my phone issue. I would definitely recommend this location to my friends and anyone who has a Verizon issue. Michael-Angelo helped me through the whole process of ordering a new phone and gave me great information to help with more issues. And he even gave small talk which was great.

Enoch was very helpful. I came in to pay my bill and to ask a couple of questions. He assisted me in this and let me know about a special on the new tab e that was very helpful since I do use my phone for everything. I bought my son one as well. He also assisted me in some discounts as well. He was very professional and had a great attitude. Thank you for all your help and assistance.

Hands down this store has the best customer service I have received from any other Verizon store I've been too. Several times I would walk in to no one but rep after rep talking away with no care that someone was waiting. I walked in to a friendly young man who was more than willing to assist me with my new phone and offered me the best deals on how to lower my bill. I walked out happy with a new case and a tablet. Not to mention my bill is exactly was we discussed. Happy to refer anyone to this location :
