This place and employees are terrible. Been having so many problems with my phone and service. Told to wait outside only six people allowed. I said fine. The same employee then let four more people in while I waited outside. Went to the entry way to get some ones attention no luck. Terrible t-mobile store.

Worst Store in TMOBILE they are temporarily closed but don't say until you walk in the store. Woman mgr was rude when asked why they don't have a sign on door indicating they're closed & didn't redirect me to OTHER OPEN T-mobile store 50 feet away. terrible customer service experience.

Awesome service from the two gentlemen working tonight 1/15. I bought a new phone for my wife and they were both very helpful.

Andrew at T-Mobile in Coronado mall is AWESOME., made my day getting my iPhone 11 screen protector replaced when the San Mateo store said they could not do anything.,

Love coming to this location everyone is so nice . Alyssa was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. So glad I came to this location

Best T-Mobile store by far ! Employees are very Knowledge and very helpful . They where able to fix and resolve my issue. Staff was very friendly and not pushy at all and I was able to get the plans and iPhones I wanted for me and my wife!

If i could leave a lower score i would. I bought 3 new phones and they said to pick out some FREE accessories, i get my bill and they charged me for every item they said was free. Its been months and they have yet to make this situation right. Horrible representation of TMobile.
