Do not use this location I went in and added two lines and wanted to active a watch. Long story short Nicole never activated the watch I didn't realize until I got home. But she sure charged me an activation fee then when I got my bill that line was on there and the watch doesn't even work. Then instead of adding my two new lines to my current plan she put them on a completely different plan which make no sense. So yea I got a really big surprise on my bill. Go to a different location where they will know what there doing. This location does not know how to do their job
today I was at the tmobile store. Annoying that every month my bill is higher. One of the very cute girl Nicole approached me with a nice sense of humor and asked if I needed help or if I had any questions. I explained to nicole my problem and the reason for my visit, she always with good professionalism and at the same time the friendliness and excellent customer service helped me with my account and showed me what I am paying, with the help of her I could choose the plan that suits my needs. Nicole is a very cute and friendly girl, thanks for the service
Another terrible experience at a T-Mobile store. As a former Sprint Customer the expectation is greater than you are providing when it comes to customer service. It is terrible that you expect former customers of a company that you've acquired to put up with such absolute garbage. I just had the T-Mobile service representative attempt to take a picture of my driver's license as a necessity to process my account information. That is highly irregular and something that would not be expected when trying to check in customer service from your company. This is my fourth store in 24 hours. Find another company as T-Mobile does not care about any former Sprint Customer
I went in on January 13th and paid off 2 phones and ordered 2 iPhone 12 Pro Max with 512 card. I was charged the $1,500 and told they would be in gave or take within a week or so. Today January 1st I called to inquire if the were in. I was told the order was canceled on the the same day I ordered them. I was never contacted and advised or told why. I was told they did not know why. I found out it was due to them not sending the phones to my home, but rather requesting they be sent to the store that resulted in the cancelation. Makes no sense. Very unprofessional and needs management to provide LEADERSHIP
Sprint, which is now t-mobile but somehow still Sprint, is charging me for a line that I got only because the promotion said it would be free. I have gone into this store multiple times to try to have the problem taken care of only to get the same response of "I have no control over this" basically saying "I can't help you with your cell phone problem, even though I'm the cell phone carrier you use". Its absolute BS I've been a customer for almost 5 years and ALWAYS pay my bills! The young man that helped me today was awful at customer service and had no idea what he was telling me. I've called customer service BTW and thats a whole other hassle. I'm gonna be looking for another cellphone carrier.
The store manager is so professional! He was so helpful and so nice. I haven’t seen that kind of professionalism and courtesy in a long time. All of the employees who helped my partner and I set up our account were very helpful! I would highly recommend going to this location as everyone was super intelligent and nice!
Ran in for a quick visit for help with my service. Super friendly young lady helped me out, and even though we both couldn't figure out the issue for a while, even after trying a few things, it ultimately got sorted out. Really happy with the service I received. Cheers guys!
Terrible service, went in to get a new phone the guy helping me didn't look up from the computer once and never looked me in the eyes. Terrible way to do business.
The service was great, however the transfer from my old phone to my new one didn't go great. Had to go back to get it fixed. Now all better.
Horrible service and horrible attitude. I went into the store and they didn’t want to help. The customer service guy said they can’t help two people get Apple watches. He didn’t want to look up our account didn’t want to help. The other two girls were goofing off watching videos. I think they didn’t want to help us because they were going to close in an hour. They just had a bad attitudes and refused to help
