Everyone was professional, helpful, and timely. But the phone prepaid site is terrible. I could never get a real live agent. All I could get is Chat. I don't do well with Chat. I get so frustrated, that if I didn't get such good monthly rates, I would change phone providers.
Getting a new cellphone should not take so long. I waited over 30 minutes to be helped, only to end up leaving before I could be helped. I don't need a new phone but was shopping for a new one. Iphone 13 was my first choice. Maybe I'll try again another day or maybe a different carrier. Terrible experience!
Great experience. Today was by appointment only but my sim was doa. They helped me anyway. Thanks!
