Very helpful staff there. I tried out bikes there then ordered online and had my bike delivered since the style I wanted was out of stock. It was assembled very quickly. Most accessories were well priced.

Bike mechanics are great. They know what they are doing and they are extremely nice and honest. Very trustworthy staff.

Staff is friendly, helpful and low pressure. Considering the price of their bikes the sales staff approach is really nice. Some good new gear, and a decent sales rack as well. I've gotten a couple of tune ups on a non Giant brand bike and its all been fast, top notch work.

Bought my bike online and had it delivered/assembled here a year ago. Very quick, professional, and friendly staff. They are very helpful whenever I call with questions. The bikes are high quality and I am glad that they're just Giant once again.
