Crisp was opened by Kirt & Emma Dye on August 28th of 2015. We are not a franchise but a small, locally owned 'mom & pop' salad shop founded in Portland! Our goal is to provide you, our guest, with a fresh, filling, delicious salad that is chopped and tossed to YOUR specifications. Yes, that's right - we CHOP your salad before your very eyes with a 14 inch blade called a mezzaluna. Lite, medium or heavy chop - the heavier the chop the smaller ingredients.
