We are a Bible-teaching church working to serve our community, renew hope and build families in southeast Wyoming. Pastor Dan DeBruyn is our shepherd.

Story

“A person can live 40 days without food, 3 days without water, 5 minutes without air, but not one second without hope.” - Henry Poole

I believe that “Renewing Hope” is one of the most important ministries at Crossroads Community Church. Over the years, I have discovered that the world’s definition of hope is much different than God’s definition.

The world would define hope as “to wish for, to expect, but without certainty of the fulfillment…” In contrast to that, in Scripture, according to the Hebrew and Greek words translated by the word “hope” and according to the biblical usage, hope “is an indication of certainty”… “a strong and confident expectation.”

This is the hope that we experience through Christ’s death and resurrection and it is the hope that we are entrusted to pass on to all that we come into contact with. The sure hope of forgiveness of sins and restoration into an intimate relationship with God is what all of mankind longs for. We invite you to join us as we pursue and experience such hope. - Pastor Dan DeBruyn
