Crown Chase Apartments

Been living here almost 4 or 5 years! Best place in Wichita to live. Maintenance crew is top notch, office staff is awesome. Our neighbors are awesome!! We love our apartment!!

Lived here for a year. Would not recommend these apts! There is not enough parking spots. Had to park far every night. Received multiple emails about car break ins and robberies. When we moved in the carpets were already dirty and smelt bad. They didn’t respond fast to any of our maintenance requests. We had a hole above the shower for 3+ months. The walls are very thin, you can hear everything. If you are looking for an apt I would not recommend crown chase!

Love these apartments! Very well maintained with great amenities. I had the pleasure of meeting with Jaime and she was amazing!! Super friendly and very knowledgeable, ask for her!

During a very difficult & scary time, my husband's job relocated him to Wichita from Southern California. I literally thank GOD for Jamie, she was so helpful and reassuring during this time. Jamie 100% goes above and beyond to help people find a home and is incredibly patient answering a million phone calls, e-mails, and questions. We have since moved back to Southern California. Jamie, I don't know what I would have done without you!!! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you and we wish you nothing but the ABSOLUTE BEST and CONGRATULATIONS .. you're a married lady now.

If you're considering moving here, DONT! I lived at Crown Chase for almost a year and had way too many problems. I had my car stolen, bed bugs on two separate occasions presumably coming from my neighbors unit, ants, issues with black water coming out of my faucets, a light fixture pop out of the ceiling, etc.... With all of these incident the people who work here didn't even seem fazed. Clearly all common issues for this place. I received emails stating that several cars were being stolen and break ins happening. Oh and you better hope you don't realize you have bedbugs on a Wednesday because they won't have anyone out for another 6 days, you can just go ahead and sleep right with them for the remainder of the week. Not one time during all these incidents did I get any kind of follow up or anyone check in on me or remotely act like they actually cared. I paid almost $1000 a month for this apartment and had to spend so much more of my own money to help deal with these situations, that I was put in from living here. Just do yourself a favor and find another apartment.

I’ve lived here since February in a third floor unit, and I’ve loved the vaulted ceiling with ceiling fans although my bedroom one runs somewhat loud, the apartments a great size and the pool is pretty nice! I haven’t had much experience with maintenance, which I think is really a good thing because the units been in good shape. My two main drawbacks are the insulation- now that it is hot outside my air conditioner has to run constantly, all day to maintain temperature in my apartment. It isn’t a problem in winter, but in summer it seems hard to keep the apartment cool and a first or second floor would be better with this, but I don’t like hearing foot traffic above me. My second complaint is the parking, if you come home anywhere outside the typical 9-5 timeframe you are likely going to park a ways away from your apartment, and the people especially pickup truck drivers and large SUV drivers really struggle to not take up 2 spots, which only exacerbates the problem. But even with the cons, the pros certainly outweigh them, and the office staff is pretty awesome! Certainly not a bad place to live, and not in a bad location with close proximity to New Market Square, the Target and restaurants off Kellogg and Ridge and fast access to I-235 and to downtown!

Just moved out after a year of living there and wouldn't recommend! -Police showed up several times because of fights -Several stealing/increased robbery emails -Hole above shower for 3+ months bc of leak kept telling me they would fix it and didn't -Tub had a divot and always had water in it -Bad parking -Gate/number almost always broken -Dirty ice -Carpet gross and loose -Loud especially stairs -Windows don't stay up and poorly insulated -Water turned off for repairs a few times this month

They tell you that everything is working before you move in to a unit but then there 20 things that are broken in your unit. When you submit service requests front office tells you the same scripted lines of "we are understaffed and working on the emergency issues right now". Car got broken into literally within days of moving in and they said they have never heard of any such thing happening. DONT MOVE HERE. Place is nothing like the model unit and total scam.

Office staff is greatand professional, maintenance staff is prompt professional. Our only concern is the availability of handicap parking. We have three residents on one end of our building that need handicap parking and there is only one spot.

I've not had any reason to complain about living here. Maintenance doesn't excellent job in a timely manner taking care of your stuff. The complex is extremely quiet and I have a leak view so it's beautiful even though it is Wichita. If you're looking for an affordable set of apartments That are above average in appearance, these are not bad.
