Never had a bad experience with Crown. Dealt with Clyde personally for over 4 years now and gotten 8 vehicles 2 personal, 6 family recommendations and has always been willing to work with everyone. Service department is also extremely friendly and quick with servicing vehicles. Will never set foot around Green Toyota again, the drive to Crown is 110% worth the customer service.

Crown Toyota of Decatur was impressively better than Green Toyota of Springfield, where I got my last vehicle. They were cleaner, kinder, and able to find me a vehicle that met my needs. I am very satisfied with my 2023 Toyota Corolla hatchback. I worked with Joe Haskell whilst there and he was the epitome of good customer service and excellent personality.

The staff at Crown Toyota went above and beyond to get the deal done. The experience started with my salesman Chris Davis. He was very informative and was able to answer all my questions regarding the 2020 Toyota Avalon I was interested in. Like all dealerships when it came time to talk numbers I was invited to talk to Dave Luciani the Preowned Sales Manager. We were able to hammer out a deal quickly that gave me a very fair price for my trade in as well as a very good below book price for the car I wanted to buy.. Only thing left was to get a loan set up through a local lender that I was already using. Mike Eller put his pencil to paper and scored me a great interest rate with an even better payment amount as well as the perfect term!! I strongly recommend using Crown for all your automotive needs! Inventory is low but that doesn’t mean anything as they will find you what you want and make your buying process what it should be!!! A SMOOTH SEAMLESS EXPERIENCE!!! I couldn’t be happier that I stopped in to check out a car then actually bought a different car that was 5 years newer with 50,000 less miles on it…

I always have the best service given to me at crown Toyotas service department. Josh Fletcher and Larry Matthews are pros and always show great customer service even though I come in for tire issues ALL the time they never fail to take care of my RAV4 and get me in and out. Shout Out to them both
