I live out of town, was visiting family in Decatur, accidentally put Diesel fuel in my car, big no no, family recommended Universal! They were awesome! So accommodating, service was quick, car runs perfect, fair pricing! Can’t ask for anything better than that! Thanks so much again!!

Great place. Went in to get water pump replaced turned out I just needed to bleed my coolant system better. They could've really taken advantage of me and they didn't. Will go back!

I live in Chicago and my Grandson and family live in Decatur, John has done work on her van and does amazing work we have a hard time else wear when we have to pay over the phone and they have been understand and have great customer service

We have taken our vehicles to John for 10 years. He always finds the problem and fixed it with a reasonable $ amount. No complaints from this customer.

Great timely service. I've been going there for over 20 years and never had a complaint. I really don't know how their prices compare to other Auto shops. I trust Paceley's and will continue to use them.
