Crystal Springs Water

Read these reviews! Terrible company who obviously has to prey upon unsuspecting customers via Costco because they have no intention on retaining you as a long term customer. In other words, they are a TERRIBLE company, they know it, and don't care. I cannot reiterate this. I have the same complaints as everyone else. Missed delivery, not delivering the correct number of bottles. The last straw was that our one year old water cooler started to drip. It should be easy to exchange a water cooler, right. WRONG! This incompetent company lacks the top down communication skills to COMMUNICATE that they will not be exchanging this cooler on SAID date. Again, incompetent and did not seem to have a problem losing me as a customer. In summary this company is designed for the short term customer and I will let EVERYONE I know what a mess they are. I will not use any other Crystal Springs (or affiliated product) again.

This is the worst most unprofessional water company I have ever seen. I would never advise anyone to use this company it really really sucks, a horrific company overall.

It is miraculous that this company manages to stay in business. They miss delivery dates regularly, they deliver the wrong (more expensive) bottles of water, and they do not return phone calls. Oh yeah, they lure you in with teaser rates, then quietly raise the prices with fine print notices on their e-bills. Our latest bill has an announcement of a 19% price hike, even though we are already paying more than new customers would. Do yourself a favor. ANYBODY but Crystal Springs.

Poor service. Poor service. Did I say poor service? I've been with this company for almost a year. It has been nothing but a headache from day one. Missed delivery dates. Overcharged for the cooler. I had to personally drive to the warehouse location with empty bottles because of the missed delivery/pickup dates. Do not do business with this company. Go elsewhere for your bottled water needs. I promise you will walk away frustrated and disgusted with the company's inability to communicate and deliver.
