CSI security was recommended to us by our friends, they were thrilled with their service, and I can totally agree with them! I would highly recommend CSI Security. I came home Tuesday night to my alarm system beeping. I called CSI Security around 8pm. Annette got on the phone and helped me to silence the noise. She had a service technician at my house the next day to fix the problem.

Once again CSI has come to the rescue! My very, very old system was acting up. Annette quickly understood the situation and sent Amin out to problem solve. Amin is a genius who sorted through the thousands of wires to set things in order and to help find out where the problem was occuring. As a business owner, I want the best for my company and my employees. My assistant and I vetted through over a dozen security companies some used by current clients, and others just from Google Searches, and we ended up with CSI. The main aspects that drew us to them were two things: price and the no False Alarms. I signed immediately on the day that I met them, and luckily did not have to look back. While there was one or two hiccups on the path to completion, CSI staff and owner addressed everything above and beyond our expectations! Because of all these qualities I could not recommend a better service in the Los Angeles area for security systems. I'm parked in the loading area of Petsmart 5amwaiting to be unloaded semi driver here, a d every 30 minutes to an hour a CSI would drive by and honk his horn and speed off. If not that he'd come bang on the side of my truck while I'm in the sleeper and speed off. I do not know what his deal is, but that is not a good way of patrolling. Will be calling anyone who's higher up.
