Always super efficient, depending on the time of your arrival depends on how long it’ll take. I’m typically in and out in no time. If you ever need some extra pocket change and like to give for a good cause. Then donating plasma is one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

At first, I was nervous to donate but after my second visit I feel way more comfortable. The staff are very friend and will even crack a joke! It creates a fun and relaxing environment. If I wasn’t new I would be able to get a referral bonus as well but I still talked my friend into donating. I will definitely stay on track with donating because it’s for a great cause and the money is decent.

I had nothing but a fantastic experience here! The staff were efficient, compassionate, and just lovely. I ended up having an episode of extreme nausea following my donation and the staff were so sweet and attentive. I am so pleased that this is where I donated plasma for the first time!

I have been donating off and on for a few years here and progressively the amount of time required to donate has gotten ridiculous. From a 90min to 3hours PLUS experience is the current norm. Whoever is in charge of staffing PLEASE for the Love of Light and sanity Schedule according to your current client base- if it wasn’t for the nice staff you do have I would have left a very different review. Some of the staff are Awesome, Joey, Obie, Ty, Kenny, Angie, Annabel and Ny- The staff works hard give them better quantity to create faster turnover time Please and Thank you- Give THEM a RAISE too! I don’t think 3+ hours is reasonable each visit when you used to do it in 2 or less . PS I think it’s backwards not to reward people who been with you for years but you over pay new people more funds when they center hop off to the next place after tease fees are over

The staff are friendly; however, expect to be there for hours. They are extremely slow. I got there at 6 and did not leave till 9. It took an hour to get through the line. Got to the table. I waited another 45 minutes until I was stuck. It took me 48 minutes to donate. Then waited 30 minutes for someone to walk over and take me down. I know I walked in at 6 and walked out at 9. They need to improve on time. All other centers I have went to have only taken 1 hr. 1/2 -2 hours.

I’m usually out in an hour and half, takes me about 45 min to donate, they staff is quick and professional and very helpful. the lines do get long depending on day and time so time accordingly!

The staff always goes above and beyond to help people at this csl north tryon and I’ve never had any issues at this location!!! It’s always a little on the busy side but they get the people in and out usually pretty fast!!! I’d recommend this location to anyone Joey is one of my favorite workers!!!!

The staff and everyone else here are awesome and always get people in a d out and they go above and beyond to help people and the center is always clean I get in and out most of the time

Said they look for me called my name they did not said they're in the restroom looking for me but they was not I asked how can I not hear them because they're calling name so quietly that you did not hear them I do not understand this is the way to help me save my life and y'all still do not let me donate I've done nothing wrong y'all will not even attempt to find where I'm at they do no effort into figure out where I'm actually at they call my name under their breath they keep denying me said I was not where I was supposed to be when I was standing against the wall because two ladies needed to sit and I gave one of them my seat every time I come here I feel like I am nobody they treat me like I am a worthless human being I guess I hate to say this but the two ladies that were sitting there their skin color was different than mine and that's the way I feel and it's been every time I've came here I've seen other people with different problems and they don't have the same problem but every time I come here I am all obviously getting put I want to make sure that this problem is fixed sometimes even put food in my mouth I have done nothing wrong and whenever I'm here I feel like I am treated different than others I do not want to put this as a race thing but every time I am discriminated against
