Staff is usually fine but the friday staff is so awful and careless, I have to give this place one star. The staff the day I wrote this review didn't so much as pay attention to where they need to stick me. Not only did I have to wait another hour because of how awful they manage things at that part of the week, one of the doctors didn't even bother to properly bandage my arm, so I almost had to hold it in place. Not coming back here for a long time
Love the staff here! They know how to have a good time and still get people in and out. Despite the low staffing levels, they keep a good attitude and work as a team. 10/10 recommend
I had no issues in my first donation. For my sending donation, I called in to make an appointment because the donor hub wasn’t working. They told me I was all set for 11 today. I walked in at 10:30 and they told me to wait until, which is fine. The problem is, when my appointment time came, I said something and they told me there was no appointment in the system for me. Now I have to wait for a no show because somebody couldn’t do their job and put my appointment in the system.
They are wonderful and the staff is amazing, they make you feel like family! You guys ROCK, Camisha, John, Tam, Jackie, Jamie, Tee, Lena, Josh, Eddie, Tracy. Thanks for the comforting experience!! Love, you guys!!
I Ignorantly and foolishly gave these people my personal information after realizing the mistake I made of coming here I asked them back for the paperwork and they refused. They store all your information in a cabinet. If I’m not able to get the paperwork back I will get an attorney involved! Your social is your life and shouldn’t be given out to just anyone. I’ve learned my lesson!
First time donating and I was out in 2 hours. All the staff were friendly from the Medical Nurse to the Phlebotomists. Facility was clean and other donors were processed quickly. I have been to CLS plasma and waited longer with rude staff. Great sanitation with staff I always seen them changing gloves. First time Donors Receive $75 payout on a Visa Giftcard. The new Rewards program is awesome keeping Donors coming back.
They try their best to do their best-often short staffed but keep the folks moving as best they can.

Staff is always nice and they don't just ram the needle in ya arm. They are a few here that is cool as a hell. I love Ms Jackie . I been coming here for a few years now only bc the staff is super nice.
There Customer service is trash. It's only one or two professionals that work in there. Reception is never pick up the phone just called about 40 times. Still couldn't get through to no one.
