gate has been open the last 3 visits leaving entire facility unsecure. management's response is gate is being updated. in the meantime tenants are paying for an area that is open and available to all kinds of vandalism.

Overall it's more about the cost than the service. It's just expensive. As a military family I've grown accustomed to having my belongings in storage, CubeSmart has some of the highest rates along the country I've seen. However, their stores are everywhere so paying for their convenience is our inconvenience I suppose. This wouldn't be my first pick to suggest to other military families trying to save money.

I was very please with the Cube Smart staff. Jenny and Elsa were very helpful and friendly! I will recommend Cube Smart to anyone looking for a storage unit.
