Culinary Kitchen

Went in to see high end chef knives, the lady showed me and very small selection of VERY expensive knives and told me that to get them sharpened I had to send them back to the company that manufactured them. I asked how shipping was handled and if there was info in the box for making the process easier, when she said no I l started pulling up the website to see and she just walked off from me like she was disgusted with my audacity.

Store has alot of nice items and unique items.. Higher end prices on alot of the items..

Lots of unique kitchen appliances and utensils. Most is a bit pricey..

What a colorful kitchen store! Didn't find anything in particular but they have a variety of things and then more like home goods with decorative products. Friendly staff. Would come back for possible gift ideas for family.

I drove all the way from Norman to this place and when I got there at 3:33pm there was a sign on the door saying they're closed for the day starting 3:30. My luck! Would of been first time customer, not going there for a second try. I mean, if you can't be consistent about your opening hours you probably shouldn't be in business. I try to shop local, but with a work ethic like this no wonder so many small businesses are closing. Have some respect for your customers!

I went to the store hoping to find a wok. Unfortunately this kitchen store does not have a good selection of kitchen utensils. They had one Lodge cast iron wok but as anyone knows you can't cook with tomatoes on a cast iron pan so I couldn't get that one because of the limitations. Obviously I'm not an expert but when I walked in the store it felt like I was walking into a Tuesday morning or a Marshalls basically a consignment store with a lot of odds and ends but nothing you need.

Buyer Beware!!!! I have shopped this store several times and have usually enjoyed the experience. However, on my last visit I purchased a S’well bottle and additional lid. The bottle didn’t keep water cool and the lid was broken. I went back in to exchange for another bottle, but they didn’t have the one I wanted. The store refused to refund. The manager was overly aggressive and even ruder than the employee. I contacted S'well about the issue and they refunded my money and apologized for the hassle. Please use extreme caution if you choose to shop at this store because it is not always evident immediately when a product is defective and they will not make it right if you happen to have that misfortune. There are plenty of other options in the area with professional staff and management.

Wonderful shopping experience. Owner takes every opportunity to assist and inform customer. Claude hosts cooking demo every saturday with great food, conversation and fun. I love my new appliances and the SERVICE is outstanding.

Absolutely the worst customer service. I can not in good conscience ever refer anyone to this place. I was worried about buying on line and not getting any customer service. This is by far......worse.

Cute, but overpriced. Some stuff is reasonable, other things are napkin holders made of acrylic for $90.
