Ryan was very professional and knows his products well. I had him quote me for what I needed for a house I was selling and that was exactly what I paid. The installation took place right on schedule and the time it was supposed to take. Great service at a great price.

I don't know how every employee at this New Castle Culligan branch is but if you sign up for service and someone named Ryan Smith is sent out then slam the door in his face. This guy is a joke. He will lure you into a contract and give you false information about the terms. He will have you sign stuff and not tell you what it is then change the amount you need to pay after you do it. He is a trickster and a liar. So if Lyin Ryan is coming to your house ask for someone else.
