Culver's

Can never go wrong with Culver's! You've got to try the veggie burger, it's so filling and satisfying. There was a bit of commotion when one of the customers complained about waiting for his drinks, and the employees were really mature about handling the situation. I just love Culver's so much Vegetarian options: Veggie Harvest burger.

This is where I typically go when living in Milwaukee. I will miss it now that I’m back in the east coast. Also the first time I’ve gotten a burger and I must say it was very good. I got the steakhouse pub burger with mushrooms and it was great! Just sharing this I’m ready for another. The service was great it cashier was very patient with us and ensured he got our order correct.

The service sucked today. The server DAVID who was working at 8:15PM taking orders was extremely rude to my mom. She said she didn’t want ketchup on her chicken sandwich she misunderstood him and he rudely interrupted and said “I didn’t say ketchup”. Very short and snappy at the drive through. They gave us pretty runny ice cream so we asked for a fresh one and David said “I made that one already”. I’ve never had a Culvers worker get mad at me for asking for less melted ice cream and we’ve been going here for 5+ years. This is the first bad experience I’ve had and I hope it doesn’t continue to be this way.

They updated the interior about a year or so ago. It's very clean inside and the service had always been good. HOWEVER... I don't know why, but their Dr Pepper never taste like actual Dr Pepper. This has ongoing for years, and it's only at this Culver's location. Maybe Coca-Cola is proving them with extra money to throw off the DP taste??? Something to think about..

Nothing better than chili cheese fries or just chili if watching carbs, and the Wisconsin Swiss melt, with a hot fudge sundae. And then a walk or jog is needed but we’ll worth it jogging before the meal may not be bad either. Restaurant is clean, great staff, always smiling. Drive thru can get busy, especially Thursdays and Fridays for dinner.

On January 24th around 7:15 pm, I visited Culver’s. Although I do not remember her name, I just wanted to take the time to say the lady who took my order was truly phenomenal. She was upbeat, genuine, and loved her job. The man at the window also did a great job. I know how hard it is to find good staff with this new generation, so I am very fortunate for this woman! Also thanks getting Coke products.

Witnessed worst customer service I've ever seen at a Culver's. We were eating our lunch and a worker was carrying a tray through the dining room looking for the table to deliver it to. Another customer eating her food politely asked them "excuse me could I please get some napkins?" The worker didn't even verbally respond and pointed toward the area with condiments and walked away. It was obvious to us the lady eating her lunch was handicap and would have been hard for her to get up and get the napkins. I brought her napkins and she very much appreciated it. I regret now not going to management to point out which worker did that. I didn't catch her name.

Customer Service is GREAT, the food is available quickly, and everything is delicious. Family highly recommends the onion rings, but that only means their onion rings are better than anyone else's. Their fries are also wonderful.

We love to have the spicy crunchy chicken basket. Great food and custard flavors to please everyones tastes. We highly recommend you stop in each week to see all the new flavors!
