Culver's

Ever heard of a butter burger? You see, it's like a hamburger, but with butter. Ground breaking, innovation that excites, culinary creativity at it's crescendo. They press the burger patty down onto the flat top to give it that perfect crisp on the exterior while still being juicy. The deluxe butter burger comes with a nice slice of red onion, cheese, pickles, and tomato. Occasionally they forget the thin cut lettuce, but hell I ain't here for the rabbit food. Wash down that tasty burger with some of their in-house root beer or the Pepsi products. Don't forget the extra honey mustard for those crinkle cut fries and buffalo chicken strips. They also have clean bathrooms for your long road trips. 74/100

For this being the first time I've ever been to a Culver's, the food was absolutely amazing. Service was phenomenal as well. Not even 2 minutes after we sat down, they already had our food to us. I would definitely go there more often if I'm on that side of town.Food: 5/5

Come there with ~thirty people, managed to handle the sudden bombardment with efficiency and dealt with a mixup in the system pretty well. They all stayed in a good attitude the entire time.

We went for dinner on an early Saturday evening. The dining room was very clean. Toma, working the register, was so friendly and helpful to us first timers! The food was great. I particularly liked how golden and salty the fries were! Yummm. Everything was accurate and delicious. My whole party was very happy with their food, ranging from kid, teen and adult. As we left, we were thanked for coming. We live out of state and Culver's was recommended to us. So glad we went!

Fast drive thru even when busy. Wonderful ice cream. New flavor everyday. Butter burgers are good.

Had a pork loin sandwich. Asked for lettuce and tomato on the side. Arrived on the sandwich but not a big deal. Meat was crunchy as it should've been. Unsweetened ice tea refreshing. Parking: Ample parking. Not too busy when I arrived.

Culver's was a wonderful surprise. We were visiting family in Illinois and happened to stop there. The butter burgers are delicious, as was the fried chicken sandwich, the fried shrimp and the fries. The cheese curds were the best I have had yet. The ice cream, the sundaes, and the concrete mixers were great.

Worst experience I've ever had at a Culver's. Ordered Dlx DBL with no onions and gluten free bun and a concrete. Received opened gluten free bun, no meat and all the toppings. Had to stand around to front for the replacement. Had to ask several times for my concrete. Avoid this Culver's! Dietary restrictions: Gluten free bun.

Night shift: I just drove 30 miles to have culver's on Dirksen Parkway in Springfield Illinois after church. When we went in at approximately 9pm they rolled their eyes at us. We called before we left Taylorville and was told that the dinning room was open until 10pm, which it was. We ordered our food and they messed it up. The man that took the order had it right on the receipt. The kitchen put onions and tomatoes on the burgers. When we told the waitress she said " Can't you just pick it off" We told her that it would taste like onion and that I don't like onion" We were nice, calm and polite the whole time while the staff smerked and talked about us. After about five minutes of the AC blowing on our fries and cheese curds, we then said the fries and cheese curds were getting cold and my wife politely asked if they could possibly just give us fresh ones so they will be hot and the manager shouted out "I'm not making those again", as she jerked them off of the tray and cheese curds went everywhere. Not that it matters but they didn't even give us the extra pickles that we asked for either. I think the most insulting was the staff and manager talking trash about us, at that point we just asked for a refund and drove to the Culvers across town! God helped us to keep our calm and be polite in the face of such rude service. Customer service is lost there. Lashonda was the manager and she is the one who could have put a stop to the talking about us. I feel as if it was a race issue with us being white. I don't understand what is going on in our country!! The buck stops at the manager and she needs to be trained in customer service!

Good food, but why are the chicken tenders half the size they're supposed to be? 3 out of 4 tenders were half size. The normal sized one would probably be the second smallest tender in a normal sized basket lol
