The young kids here are Undertrained and not the most welcoming be prepared to be told that they are out of honey hot sauce etc all the time hopefully you know what you want if you go thru the drive thru nothing posted and the wait time is wrong I recommend the west side location p.s please don't clean your nails in front of customer'sFood: 2/5

The food was decent, however at least 2 items listed on the menu were not available- mild chicken wings and chicken nuggets. They were also short staffed. I also think they could be a little more sanitary. One of the customers discreetly spoke to a worker about how she handled the food. I noticed a couple of them rubbing their face, touching their nose and hair; They did not wash their hands after doing so. It's a good thing they used tongs to pick up the chicken. I am not sure if I will go back.

The chicken was hot, but you got very little of it. The chicken tenders were half the size they normally are. The young lady taking our order was very nice and respectful. Dining room was clean. We still left hungry.Food: 3/5

I usually like Popeyes foods but for some reason this store it's hit or miss about good service and not getting good service. I ordered online and went through the drive-thru but sat there 20 to 30 minutes with three cars in front of me to get my food at the drive at window. Other than that, the online app is wonderfulFood: 4/5

Bought a Thanksgiving turkey on 11/5/22. Depending on how it goes on whether I get it again next year. Very courteous staff. 64$with tax for pre cooked frozen Popeyes turkey. It does not have the weight of the turkey on it, would have helped give me an idea of how many it will serve.Service: 5/5

I love Popeyes but the South Grand Ave staff and the buildings atmosphere is very less than desirable. The staff is extremely rude and the manager I dealt with definitely has no business beeing a manager...smh. This location needs yo be closed cleaned and new well trained staff that's understands CUSTOMER SERVICE!Food: 2/5

The employees do not care to be there. The drive-thru takes a very long time, over 20 minutes for me, with just 2 cars ahead of me. Although I love Popeye's, I won't return.Food: 1/5

Food is usually acceptable. Always hot. The downfall 40 min drive thru waiting time. Out of many items most days. If this store could figure out a cohesive method to get the customers their food quickly this place has potential.

Wait time was absolutely terrible and the employees were barely doing their jobs. They always say they're out of chicken, and half their menu is just chicken. Waste of time and money. Ongoing issue for several months. Needs a new manager or something! Parking: Front of store, at least 10 spots

The service here is horrible .. the website says it opens at 10:00 am I went in at 10:30, I was told to come back on 30 to 45 minutes .On another occasion.. I was asked to pull to the side, this took 15 minutes.. and it was three cars parked Behind me, they were unapologetic, best advice, serve black folks better .. we eat more Chicken than anybody! Best advice get new management or close this store
