This shift was too busy Playing around instead of working , first of all wasn’t in her position to be in the first window so went ahead to the second , walked off with my husbands card and came back minutes later with a receipt that only had been charged for a sweet tea. I’ve had great visits here but I’m not sure if we will return
Had a great visit with my family. Shout out to Jennifer for your terrific service. You brightened our day more than you know. Thank you for the laughs. I really needed that today and you had such a great sense of humor and seemed to care more than most about our visit and if everything was okay. You're truly appreciated.
Nice job I’ve stopped twice for my normal Big Mac no lettuce both times to pleasantly be surprised with the service and a very well put together Big Mac I commend the managers and there cook especially today at 12:10 pm 10/18/2022 .. wish Toronto rd McDonald’s could be like your restaurant .. French fries sucked, the chicken mcnuggets was good and the soda even sucked it was flat. Not one employee said a word to me while I was there. End up using the order your own screen.Food: 2/5
Will never go here again! The service was horrible! I got the cheeseburger meal and the burgers were cold. The staff didn't even seem to care. They were using fowl language the whole time we were sitting there. Also the manager on duty was rude.
This probably is one of the best McDonald's I been to in this country. The fries were perfect and the service was fast and friendly.
I am done with McDonald's until they do something about the service. Every time i go to a McDonald's in this town there is no customer service anymore and I always end up with cold nasty food if it is even what i ordered
My daughter always has so much fun here. We've had 2 of her birthday parties here and always have such a great time.
Tried to order breakfast through doordash and instead of making my order they refused to confirm it for 30 minutes and then cancelled my order. Everyone who works here is a bum
This was a really nice, clean, and easy to get to from the freeway McDonald’s. My mom and I stopped on our way here from Kansas City back to Michigan. Lexi was so kind and helpful along with the others there. She put our order through and came out quickly and just what we had ordered. The bathrooms were very clean. Overall, very pleased with our experience here.
